Out of season, discounts and shorter stays are available.

A refundable breakages deposit is required of £200.

Please note that our change overs are Sunday to Sunday (we can be flexible out of season) and that arrival is no earlier than 3 pm and departure should be by 10 am.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but only downstairs and off the furniture. There is a dog bed and bowls.

No cats please and no smoking in the house.
